Job summary

Marriott Vacations Worldwide (MVW) is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to help deliver memorable guest experiences across our villa properties. You will clean, restock and prepare accommodations to MVW quality standards, ensuring comfort and safety for Owners and guests.

Available shifts include holidays and weekends. You will report to the Housekeeping Manager and work with a team to maintain spotless villas, replenish amenities, and handle guest requests with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Cleans villas (Kitchens, Bathrooms, Dining Rooms, Bedrooms) according to standards.
• Completes assigned rooms and tasks within the scheduled shift.
• Replaces all guest amenities such as linens, towels, toiletries, and kitchen items according to standards.
• Reports room status to the Main Linen Room, Housekeeping Manager/Supervisor, or Front Desk.
• Fills the Housekeeping cart/caddy with all necessary supplies/chemicals, transports the cart/caddy to the rooms, and returns the cart to the designated area at the end of the shift.
• Follows all company policies and procedures; reports any maintenance problems, safety hazards, and/or accidents.
• Welcome and greet guests and anticipate and address their needs.
• Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.
• Contribute to team goals.
• Always follow company policies and safety procedures.

As a Housekeeper, a typical day will include:

To Become a Housekeeper at MVW:

• Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days.

• Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.

• Lift/Carry/Push/Pull Items that Weigh up to 25lbs without assistance.

• Position may require background and drug screening contingent on company policy in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
