Concord is hiring Room Attendants to deliver clean, comfortable spaces that welcome guests and support a positive stay. You will service assigned rooms to brand standards, perform full cleaning, restock amenities, report maintenance issues, and help maintain a tidy workspace.

This full-time role offers $15-$16 per hour, a comprehensive benefits package including life insurance, short/long-term disability, 401k with company match, and discounted hotel rates.

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stay active during shift.
• Reliable, organized, and safety-focused.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service assigned guest rooms to brand and productivity standards.
• Perform full cleaning (beds, bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, restocking amenities).
• Inspect rooms for quality and report maintenance issues promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked linen cart and workspace.
• Update room status and complete required reports.
• Follow key control, safety, and lost-and-found procedures.
• Respond to guest needs and support team operations as needed.
