Job summary

Luther Oaks in Bloomington, IL, is hiring a full-time cleaner for the day shift (8 am to 4 pm). Starting pay is $16–$17 per hour with a quick reply timeline, and no prior experience is required.

You will join a team serving residents across independent living, assisted living, and memory care. Responsibilities include cleaning apartments, hallways, and common spaces; handling trash and supplies; laundry duties; reporting repairs; and following infection-control procedures learned on the job.

Qualifications

• Age 18 or older.
• Able to pass a drug test and background check.
• Preferred: Cleaning experience in senior living, a hotel, or a hospital.

Responsibilities

• Clean resident apartments, including bathrooms, kitchens, floors, and dusting.
• Keep hallways, dining areas, and common spaces clean and tidy.
• Empty trash and restock supplies.
• Do resident laundry and linens.
• Report anything that needs repair, or any changes you notice in a resident, to your supervisor.
• Follow cleaning and infection-control steps you'll learn on the job.

Job description

Earn $16 to $17 an hour, with credit for your experience. Full-time day shift, 8 am to 4 pm. No experience needed, and you'll hear back within 48 hours of applying.

Luther Oaks is home to older adults in independent living, assisted living, and memory care in Bloomington. A clean, safe apartment helps residents stay healthy and feel at home. You'll also be a friendly face they see every week.
