We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our dynamic team and contribute to the luxury and outstanding service that define our hotel. As a Housekeeper, you will help make our guests feel at home by preparing rooms, cleaning, restocking items, and maintaining all areas in the hotel in a clean, neat, and tidy condition.

The Hilton Minneapolis/Bloomington combines contemporary style with exceptional service in the heart of the Minneapolis metro area, just 10 minutes from the Mall of America. What will you be doing?

1. Providing prompt, courteous, and superior service to all guests.
2. Cleaning stay-over and check-out rooms, changing sheets, and replenishing towels and amenities.
3. Thoroughly cleaning and inspecting rooms, including bathrooms, mirrors, tiles, and furniture.
4. Vacuuming, emptying trash, restocking amenities, and organizing housekeeping closets.
5. Making up rollaway beds and cribs, and notifying house attendants for storage.
6. Responding to guest requests, following chemical safety rules, and handling hazardous materials properly.
7. Reporting suspicious activities and hazardous conditions; turning in found items to Lost and Found.
8. Maintaining high guest service standards and assisting with additional requests.

What do you bring to the role?

• At least one year of experience in a similar role at a full-service hotel, hospital, casino, or residential cleaning.
• High school diploma or equivalent; must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work varied schedules including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical stamina for manual labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Professional appearance and courteous manner.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and operate cleaning equipment regularly.
