Job summary

Holiday Inn Express & Suites Billings West in Billings, MT is seeking hard-working housekeeping staff to clean guest rooms, restrooms, and common areas to its high standards.

You will make beds, vacuum, dust, stock toiletries, and assist with laundry while maintaining strong time management and teamwork. A positive, guest-focused attitude is essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or housekeeping preferred.
• Ability to follow hotel standards and safety procedures.
• Good communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms, restrooms, and common areas to hotel standards.
• Make beds, dust and polish furniture, vacuum and mop floors.
• Stock rooms with toiletries and supplies; do laundry as needed.
• Answer guests' general questions and report maintenance needs.
• Keep lobby, hallways and restrooms clean and well stocked.

Job description

We’re in search of a few housekeepers to ensure guest satisfaction during their stay with us. Responsibilities include cleaning guest rooms, restrooms, and common areas, making beds, and other general cleaning duties as assigned. The ideal candidate is a cleaning enthusiast, a team-player, and a highly organized professional.

• Answer general questions from guests
• Document rooms cleaned, and report lost and found items and any damage or repairs needed
• Vacuum, mop, make beds, dust and polish furniture, stock rooms with toiletries, and do laundry as needed
• Keep common spaces such as the lobby, hallways, and restrooms clean and stocked with supplies
• Ensure guest rooms are clean and tidy according to our hotel’s standards before guests arrive
• Hard worker with strong time management, organizational, and communication skills

Compensation

$15 - $16 hourly
