Housekeeper at Yellowstone ClubStart Date: November 7, 2026 End Date: April 20, 2027Yellowstone Mountain Club, LLC d/b/a Yellowstone Club, located in Big Sky, Montana, seeks seventy-five (75) full-time, temporary Housekeepers who will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining luxury homes/luxury lodges from 1,000 sq. ft. up to 20,000+ sq. ft, which includes making beds and changing linens, cleaning bathrooms, dusting furniture, pictures, window ledges and shelves, vacuuming floors, sweeping, scrubbing, mopping, polishing hardwood, laminate, and specialty tiled floors, removing trash, cleaning kitchens, laundering (occasionally using residential style washing machines for laundering homeowner linen, terry, and towels during in-home cleaning service) and replenishing linens and towels, re-stocking room amenities, disinfecting bathrooms, cleaning interior windows using a cloth and cleaning spray, deep cleaning and shampooing carpeted areas, report damage to supervisors, and maintaining cleaning totes, carts, linen rooms, housekeeping equipment, and supplies in neat and orderly fashion. Housekeepers may also occasionally perform quality checks and participate in peer training. This position requires climbing stairs, making and changing linens on bunk beds, balancing on bunk bed ladders, carrying items upstairs and occasionally working in restricted spaces. Housekeepers are frequently required to lift up to 25 pounds.Will report directly to the Housekeeping Supervisor at Yellowstone Club.Three (3) months of housekeeping experience at a high-end hotel, resort, or private club required.Applicant must complete pre-employment background check at employer’s expense.All worksites located in Gallatin and Madison Counties in Montana. Occasional travel throughout this area is required. All worksites are within a normal commuting distance (less than one (1) hour) of the primary job location. Transportation between worksites is provided.Transportation is available to and from the housing venues to Yellowstone Club. Employees who do not stay in employee housing must provide their own transportation to the transportation pickup and drop-off spots. Additional 3rd Party transportations (free and/or self-pay) are available through public services such as Skyline, Streamline, LMLC, UBER/Lyft, and/or Taxi services.On-the-job training is provided.Service-charge eligible position with guaranteed wage of $20.61 per hour, paid bi-weekly. Overtime is available at $30.92 per hour. Employer will guarantee wage in any given workweek when total compensation (including service charges) does not meet prevailing wage rate or overtime wage rate.Schedule: 35 hours per week, with additional hours available during peak times, including OT. Work schedule can vary and can include morning, evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Work hours will vary by location, which can be early morning, morning, afternoon, evening or late evening. Example shifts: 8:00am 3:00pm, 9:00am 4:00pm, 12:00pm 7:00pm. Shift hours may vary.A single workweek will be used to compute wages due.Optional seasonal housing is offered on a first-come, first-served basis for workers who are relocating to begin employment. Yellowstone Club has several housing venues and employees may choose their bed space & location. Location availability is department dependent. The cost of housing is $225.00-$700.00 biweekly depending on the location and room style selected, and is due in advance. Depending on housing option availability, housing will be either single or double-room occupancy for Winter 2026/2027. A few couples' options may be available, but limited. Gallatin Gateway Inn (GGI), offers Schack's Depot for its residents. Schack's Depot is an a la carte dining option for dinner service with an online pre-ordering platform. Yellowstone Club uses an online portal, StarRez, for housing. Employees will be required to sign up for an account and make all of their payments via debit, credit, or ACH online. A small service fee is included with each non- ACH transaction (approximately 3% of the transaction amount). A $250.00 - $400.00 refundable security deposit is required, to be paid directly to the employer upon acceptance of housing. If all rent payments are made on time, the unit is left in a clean and move-in-ready condition, and all keys are returned, their deposit is eligible for return within 30 days of the full unit departure. Bedding and Terry are not provided, but sets are available for purchase prior to arrival through the housing portal. Prices range from $112 - $160 depending on bedding sizes.Additional, optional benefits may be offered to the worker, for the worker’s sole benefit, including but not limited to an optional purchase of a ski pass. Upon reaching 3,200 hours worked (subject to certain conditions), the worker is considered “Key Seasonal” status and may be eligible for additional optional benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance through Blue Cross Blue Shield, as well as be able to accrue vacation and/or sick time. Workers that are not “Key Seasonal” status (under 3,200 hours worked) will be considered “Seasonal” status, and are ineligible to enroll in medical, dental, and vision insurance, and also will not be able to accrue vacation or sick time in “Seasonal” status. Both “Key Seasonal” and “Seasonal” workers are eligible to enroll in a 401k. If voluntarily elected by the worker, employee costs/contributions for benefits will be deducted from the paycheck.All deductions from paycheck required by law will be made.
