Job summary

Ridgewood by Heritage Communities in Bennington, Nebraska is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper for a full-time hourly role. You will clean resident apartments, maintain common areas, and help ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents and staff alike.

You will build positive relationships with residents and families, work as part of a supportive team, and contribute to a home-like atmosphere across our senior living communities.

What You’ll Do:

As a Housekeeper, you’ll play a hands-on role in improving the lives of our residents by:

• Cleaning resident apartments thoroughly, including floors, furniture, kitchens, bathrooms, and trash removal, following service plans.
• Maintaining cleanliness and order in common areas, such as floors, furniture, kitchens, bathrooms, and elevators, and inspecting resident refrigerators for expired food.
• Building positive relationships with residents, their families, and team members.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ year of housekeeping experience in a senior living or related industry (preferred).
• Compassionate communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to assist those with limited mobility and lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs.
