Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is hiring an on-call Housekeeping Associate for The Ridge property. This entry-level position focuses on guest room cleanliness, safety, and teamwork to uphold the brand's high standards across a fast-paced hotel environment.

You will engage with guests to ensure their stay is comfortable, maintain orderly work carts and supplies, and perform daily linen changes while observing safety practices.

Qualifications

• Ability to work on feet for an extended period.
• Effective communication with guests and team members.
• Ability to read room numbers, dates, and basic instructions.
• Lift, carry and position loads of at least 25lbs.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests to ensure their stay is going well.
• Work as a team to accomplish hotel cleanliness goals.
• Keep work cart orderly and properly stocked.
• Utilize equipment, supplies, and guest amenities properly.
• Perform thorough cleanliness and sanitation of assigned guest areas.
• Change and inspect linens daily.
• Report safety hazards and maintain room safety.
• Respect guests’ property and belongings.
• Care for equipment and tools.

What you will have an opportunity to do:

Your Role:

• Engage with guests to ensure their stay is going well
• Work as a team to accomplish the goal of hotel cleanliness
• Keep work cart orderly and properly stocked
• Proper utilization of equipment supplies and guest amenities
• Thorough cleanliness and sanitation of assigned guest areas
• Daily changing and inspection of linens and towels
• Practice safety standards and be aware of safety hazards, (i.e. broken glass, frayed electrical cords, leaks, broken locks, and suspicious persons) and properly reporting as found
• Respect for guests’ property
• Responsible care of equipment
