Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking an On‑Call Housekeeping Associate at The Ridge, dedicated to guest satisfaction and hotel cleanliness. You will engage with guests, assist in maintaining spotless rooms, stocking supplies, and upholding sanitation standards.

This is an on‑call role with potential to move to part‑time or full‑time. Compensation is $18 per hour. Pyramid is an equal opportunity employer, celebrating diversity and inclusion across locations.

Qualifications

  • Ability to work on feet for an extended period.
  • Ability to communicate effectively.
  • Ability to read room numbers, dates, and basic instructions.
  • Lift, carry and position loads of at least 25lbs.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with guests to ensure their stay is going well.
  • Work as a team to achieve hotel cleanliness goals.
  • Keep work cart orderly and properly stocked.
  • Proper utilization of equipment, supplies and guest amenities.
  • Thorough cleanliness and sanitation of assigned guest areas.
  • Daily changing and inspection of linens and towels.
  • Report safety hazards and protect guests' property.

Your Role:
  • Engage with guests to ensure their stay is going well
  • Work as a team to accomplish the goal of hotel cleanliness
  • Keep work cart orderly and properly stocked
  • Proper utilization of equipment supplies and guest amenities
  • Thorough cleanliness and sanitation of assigned guest areas
  • Daily changing and inspection of linens and towels
  • Practice safety standards and be aware of safety hazards, (i.e. broken glass, frayed electrical cords, leaks, broken locks, and suspicious persons) and properly reporting as found
  • Respect for guests’ property
  • Responsible care of equipment
