Job summary

Sunrise Community, Inc. in Bartow, FL is seeking a dedicated housekeeper to maintain clean, safe homes and facilities for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

You will follow regulatory guidelines and help ensure a healthy living environment for residents and staff. The role requires a valid driver's license with endorsements, a minimum of three years driving experience, and successful completion of background and drug screenings.

Qualifications

• Background and drug screenings required.
• Valid driver’s license with endorsements and 3+ years of driving experience required.
• Must have high school diploma or equivalent if required by work location.
• Housekeeping experience in healthcare settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for housekeeping and grounds maintenance to ensure cleanliness and safety at all times while following regulatory guidelines.
• Keeps inventory of housekeeping items, restocks as needed minimizing waste within cost effective guidelines.
• Reports to the directors regarding areas or items in need of additional attention or repair.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.
