Job summary

Sonida Senior Living's Symphony Manor in Baltimore, Maryland is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain clean, safe, and comfortable living spaces for residents in an assisted living setting. You will monitor supplies, follow cleaning schedules, perform laundry and minor repairs as needed, and provide friendly, respectful service to seniors daily.

Qualifications

• Experience in senior living or similar environment.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service and care to residents.

Responsibilities

• Monitors inventory of chemicals, supplies and equipment for laundry and housekeeping tasks.
• Familiarizes self with cleaning schedules of residents' apartments and common areas to ensure tasks are completed.
• Performs housekeeping, janitorial tasks, and minor repairs as assigned.
• Ensures other janitorial and repair requests are logged and completed.
• Provides laundry services as needed and directed.

Housekeeper Responsibilities Include

• Monitors inventory of chemicals, supplies and equipment needed for laundry and housekeeping tasks.
• Familiarizes self with cleaning schedules of Resident's apartments and common areas to assure completion of housekeeping tasks.
• Performs housekeeping, janitorial tasks, and minor repairs as assigned.
• Assures that other janitorial and repair requests are properly logged and monitors their completion.
• Provides laundry services as needed and/or directed.
