Job description

The position of Housekeeper is essential to ensure a good first impression of the property and the well-being of our residents. The Housekeeper is responsible for preparing units and maintaining common areas in accordance with ZRS standards. This role reports directly to the Property Manager.

Primary Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1. Maintaining common areas, clubhouse, offices, restrooms, and guest suites.
2. Preparing make-ready units, including cleaning doors, windows, racks, counters, appliances, sinks, and fixtures within three to five business days.
3. Managing supplies needed for duties.
4. Performing daily inspections and touch-ups of all models and leasing tour routes.
5. Complying with Fair Housing laws and requirements.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience and/or training.
• Knowledge of operating cleaning equipment.
• Effective communication skills with supervisors and coworkers.
• Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment.
• Attention to detail, effective time management, and adaptability.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Availability to work weekends as scheduled by the Property Manager.
