Primary Duties:

• Perform routine guest room preparations and cleaning, meeting labor standards and maintaining public areas.
• Offer hotel amenities and services to guests to enhance their experience and increase revenue.
• Assist with laundry duties and communicate maintenance needs to management.
• Follow emergency procedures and ensure the security of guests and property.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in housekeeping, preferably in hospitality.
• Effective communication skills.
• Proactive problem-solving skills.

Physical Requirements:

• Climbing stairs and ladders as needed.
• Performing tasks involving kneeling, squatting, standing, sitting, bending, and twisting for extended periods.
• Lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 20 lbs regularly, and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
