Job summary

Bluejack National is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain private residences, rental properties, and club facilities to high cleanliness standards. The role involves daily cleaning, linens, and frequent movement across the property, with safety procedures and customer-service mindset emphasized.

Eligibility includes a High School diploma or equivalent; emphasis on reliability, physical stamina, and ability to follow English instructions.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain private residences, rental properties, public areas, locker rooms, and clubhouse facilities to established standards.
• Perform daily cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing bathrooms, and changing linens.
• Move throughout the property frequently to clean multiple buildings, common areas, restrooms, and locker rooms.
• Bend, stoop, reach, stretch, and lift repeatedly while performing tasks such as dusting, wiping surfaces, or cleaning floors.
• Carry linens, cleaning supplies, and other materials to and from various areas across the community.
• Make beds and change linens using repetitive upper-body movements.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, windows, and high-touch surfaces, often requiring extended periods of standing and movement.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum interior spaces, including hard-to-reach or confined areas.
• Lift and empty trash bins and transport waste to designated disposal areas.
• Wash, dry, fold, and restock laundry items as needed, including carrying loads to and from laundry areas.
• Climb stairs or walk long distances across property grounds as part of daily cleaning routines.
• Identify and report any safety concerns, maintenance issues, or supply needs to supervisors.
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures in the use of cleaning products and equipment.
• Maintain a steady and efficient pace to complete assignments within expected timeframes.
• Additional duties as requested by Bluejack leadership.

APPROXIMATE SCHEDULE AND HOURS:

Weekdays, weekends, and Holidays, schedule flexible as business dictates.
