La Vida Llena, a not-for-profit Life Plan Community in Albuquerque, is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents, guests, and team members. Pay ranges from $14.60 to $17.35 per hour, DOE.

The role emphasizes routine cleaning, deep cleaning, and safe operation of cleaning equipment, with opportunities to work independently or as part of a team in a supportive community setting.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in housekeeping, cleaning, or a related field preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and safety practices.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Friendly, dependable, and comfortable interacting with residents and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine housekeeping services throughout the community, including resident apartments, common areas, and assigned spaces.
• Perform deep cleaning and special projects to maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
• Use cleaning equipment and supplies safely and effectively while following established procedures and guidelines.
• Maintain organized and sanitary work areas while delivering a resident-focused service experience.
• Follow safety procedures and respond appropriately in emergency situations while completing other duties as assigned.

Our welcoming campus offers resort-style amenities and a full continuum of care including Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Skilled Nursing. We are seeking a Housekeeper to help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents, guests, and team members.

What You’ll Be Doing
