Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Willingness to maintain a smoke-free environment.
• Ability to navigate a multi-level home and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Up-to-date vaccinations per CDC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Meal planning and prep for the family, including 4 dinners per week and batch breakfasts.
• Daily household organization, resets, and maintenance of systems established by organizers.
• Laundry management: wash, dry, fold, and organize for the family.
• Run errands and manage grocery deliveries, subscriptions, and packages.
• Vendor and property oversight: supervise contractors and coordinate repairs.
• Vehicles: schedule maintenance, fuel, cleaning, and registrations.
• Pet care: daily cat care and litter-box maintenance.
• Deep cleaning and seasonal organizational projects as needed.
