Job summary

Sage-Haus in West Columbia, SC is seeking a meticulous House Manager & Family Assistant to support our busy household with meal prep, organization, and daily tasks. This part-time role offers 15-25 hours per week, with a preferred schedule Mon-Fri 8:30 AM–12:30 PM and a guaranteed set number of hours once scheduled.

You will handle housekeeping, laundry, errands, and occasional backup childcare, while helping manage calendars and family routines.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation and ability to commute to West Columbia, SC.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Experience supporting a busy family with housekeeping, errands, and meal prep is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain household organization systems.
• Daily resets and prep home for biweekly cleaners.
• Light tidying (dishes, surfaces, vacuuming high-traffic areas).
• Occasional guest and event prep.
• Seasonal wardrobe and decor swaps.
• Prepare and coordinate donation drop-offs.
• Assist with travel packing and unpacking, with focus on children.
