Job summary

Sage Haus is seeking a dedicated House Manager & Family Assistant to support a busy family in Peoria, IL. This part-time role (approximately 25–30 hours/week) runs Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–2:00 PM, with potential to extend. Compensation ranges from $27–$35 per hour based on experience, start date ASAP.

Responsibilities span household organization, meal prep, errands, and family support. Ideal candidates are proactive, organized, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple homes tasks.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must have a clean driving record and valid driver’s license; reliable transportation is required for household errands.
• Vaccinations preferred (including general, COVID-19, and flu) per guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Household Organization & Maintenance: tidy, organize, and manage home systems.
• Administrative & Personal Assistant Support: calendar management, travel packing/unpacking.
• Meal Prep & Support: grocery orders, meal prep, packing lunches, kitchen upkeep.
• Family Support: childcare during naps, care for kids, potential date-night/ weekend coverage.
• Laundry & Linens: manage laundry and linen rotation.
• Inventory & Errands: stock pantry, manage subscriptions, returns.
• Vehicle Upkeep: clean and schedule maintenance.
• Vendor & Property Oversight: coordinate contractors, oversee cleaners, outdoor spaces.
• Deep Cleaning: periodic appliance deep-cleaning.
• Pet Care: vet and grooming appointments.
