About Our Family

We’re a warm, active family with a home that is full of energy and always in motion. Between school, activities, sports, meals, and the everyday rhythm of family life, there is usually a lot happening at once. We value a home that feels welcoming, comfortable, and organized, but we’ve found that keeping up with the systems and projects behind the scenes can easily fall to the bottom of the list.

We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys bringing order to a busy household and can help us create organization that actually works for real family life. We don’t just need someone to tidy a space and make it look nice for the day. We want thoughtful, practical systems that are intuitive enough for everyone in the household to maintain. Whether it’s finding a better way to organize the pantry, getting sports gear and household items under control, staying ahead of supplies, moving donations out the door, or finally tackling an organizational project that has been waiting for attention, we’d love someone who can see what needs to happen and confidently take the lead.

We’re friendly and collaborative, but we’re specifically looking for someone who is comfortable working independently. We appreciate a person who can walk into the home, assess priorities, create a plan, and keep things moving without needing a lot of day-to-day direction. There is also a small, quiet dog in the home, so being comfortable around pets is important.

We hope to find someone who takes pride in making a household function better. We want this person to become a trusted part of our routine, someone who brings a sense of organization, follow-through, and ease to our home and helps us stay ahead of things rather than constantly catching up.

Who You Are / What We’re Looking For
  • Highly Organized: You naturally see opportunities to create order and enjoy building practical systems that make a busy household easier to manage and maintain.
  • Proactive & Self-Sufficient: You notice what needs attention and take initiative without waiting for detailed instructions or needing frequent check-ins.
  • Systems-Oriented: You think beyond simply tidying a space. You create thoughtful, intuitive organization systems that the entire household can realistically maintain.
  • Project-Minded: You’re comfortable taking a project from idea to completion, whether that means organizing a space, researching solutions, coordinating vendors, or following up until the job is finished.
  • Meticulous & Detail-Oriented: You notice the small things and take pride in keeping spaces, schedules, supplies, and household details organized and accounted for.
  • Solutions-Focused: When something isn’t working, your instinct is to figure out why and find a practical, efficient way to improve it.
  • Kitchen-Savvy: You enjoy working in an organized kitchen and are comfortable helping with meal planning, healthy snack prep, pantry organization, and keeping the space clean and functional.
  • Warm & Personable: You bring friendly, positive energy into the home and are comfortable engaging naturally with both adults and children while maintaining professionalism.
  • Experienced & Confident: You have previous household management, family assistant, or professional organization experience and can confidently own your responsibilities without micromanagement.
