Church Farm School is an independent boarding and day school for boys in grades 9-12 in the Episcopal tradition, located in Exton, PA. It participates in the 403(b) plan and offers medical, dental, life insurance, and other benefits. Housing is provided in a semi‑furnished suite or apartment. Meals are included during the school year.
CFS seeks personable and highly responsible adults with a passion for mentoring teenage boys of diverse races and ethnicities to serve as a House Supervisor. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree from an accredited four‑year college or university, preferably in a social‑service field (education, social work, counseling, sociology, psychology, adolescent development, etc.) and possess a valid, active driver’s license. This salaried, professional, live‑in position includes housing. Primary responsibilities include supervising, supporting and developing up to 16 boys in a cottage‑style dormitory for two full nights/overnights per week (4:00 p.m. – 9:00 a.m.), one affiliate shift per week (6:30 p.m. – 9:30 p.m.) and every other weekend (4:00 p.m. Friday – 9:00 a.m. Monday). Additional duties such as teaching, subbing, coaching, advising, driving scholars to appointments and/or providing administrative support may be added based on school needs and candidate experience.
