Job summary

Parkside Hospital in Tulsa, OK is seeking an organized Registered Nurse to serve as House Supervisor on the overnight shift. You will supervise nursing staff, coordinate patient care, and report issues to senior management while liaising with physicians to maintain high-quality care.

This PRN overnight role includes mentoring staff, supporting crisis intervention, and participating in CQI activities while ensuring compliance with Parkside's policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Current Oklahoma RN license without restrictions.
• CPR/First Aid certification required.
• Experience in mental healthcare settings preferred.
• Strong communication and patient-care coordination abilities.
• Ability to supervise staff and schedule shifts.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff and day-to-day activities on overnight shifts.
• Report issues to senior management and liaise with physicians and clinicians.
• Mentor staff and assist with crisis intervention when needed.
• Participate in CQI activities and ensure policy compliance.
• Perform administrative duties as necessary and coordinate scheduling.
