AHS - Sherman Medical Center is seeking an Administrative House Supervisor. This role requires a Registered Nurse to manage hospital services during their shift. Key responsibilities include supervising staff, monitoring operations, and direct patient care. Candidates must have a valid RN License in Texas and a minimum of 2 years in acute or emergency care.
JOB SUMMARY: The Administrative House Supervisor is a Registered Professional Nurse who has administrative responsibility for the management of all hospital services on his/her shift. Moves throughout Facility to monitor hospital operations and correct and direct as needed or as appropriate. Directly supervises and communicates with all staff house-wide. He/she may perform direct patient care within the scope of practice. Continually assess care provided in the hospital.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
1. Current and valid RN License in the State of Texas, BSN preferred.
2. Training on violence in the workplace prevention within 6 months of hire.
3. BLS, ACLS, NIHSS upon hire and maintain current.
4. Minimum of 2 years acute care/critical care/emergency nursing experience required.
