Job summary

HCA Florida West Marion Hospital is seeking a House Supervisor RN PRN to coordinate and supervise hospital patient care services. You will join a collaborative team focused on delivering high-quality care and patient advocacy. This role supports bed management and ensures effective operation of patient care activities.

The RN in this PRN role provides leadership, coordinates resources, and monitors care plans to maintain safety and quality across shifts.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or higher; BSN preferred.
• Florida RN license and/or approved multistate RN license required; compact license holders have 60 days to obtain Florida license after relocation.
• RN Compact Licensure is required.

Job Requirements:

• Associates Degree, BSN preferred
