Saint Luke's Hospital of Kansas City is seeking an experienced RN to join as a House Supervisor!

• Part Time - Nights - 6:45 pm to 7:15 am
• Support, lead, and interact with all hospital departments
• Level 1 Trauma Center and a 5-time Magnet Designated facility

The House Supervisor oversees hospital operations, serving as a management representative on duty. Responsibilities include acting as a role model for the hospital's vision and values, utilizing policies and procedures as clinical guidelines, and implementing strategic plans in collaboration with medical staff, nursing leadership, and other staff. The role involves working with patients, families, physicians, and staff to meet care expectations in a healing environment that addresses physical, mental, and spiritual needs. The supervisor acts as an independent resource to facilitate patient care and is accountable for supervising and coaching staff to ensure quality care.

Job Requirements

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant nursing experience

Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association or Red Cross

Education: Registered Nurse with an Associate Degree
