Saint Luke's Hospital of Kansas City is looking for an Experienced RN to join their team as a House Supervisor!
The House Supervisor will be responsible for the supervision of the hospital, serving as a management representative while on duty. The role involves acting as a role model for the hospital's vision and values, using established policies, procedures, and references as guidelines for clinical practice. The supervisor will ensure the implementation of strategic plans and goals for the Department of Nursing and the hospital, working collaboratively with Medical Staff, Chief Nursing Officer, Nurse Managers, Nursing Staff, and all allied staff. The role also includes collaborating with patients, families, physicians, and staff to meet customer needs and expectations in a patient-focused healing environment, promoting and maintaining a healing environment addressing physical, mental, and spiritual dimensions of care. The supervisor acts as an independent resource to patient care units to facilitate meeting immediate patient care needs and is accountable for supervising or coaching this process to strengthen the team.
