Hackensack Meridian Health seeks a House Supervisor to oversee clinical and leadership functions in the absence of unit managers, ensuring safe patient care after hours, weekends and holidays. You will assess departments to optimize patient flow and report to management, supervising care delivery and acting as a clinical resource.

Require an RN license in NJ, 4+ years of clinical experience, and an Associate or Diploma in Nursing (BSN preferred).

Qualifications

• Associate in Nursing or Diploma of Nursing required; BSN in progress preferred.
• Minimum four years of recent clinical experience required.
• Current NJ State Professional Registered Nurse License required.

• Report pertinent information to management and administration.

• Lead Incident Command until qualified personnel arrive.
• Respond to codes and rapid responses, deploying staff, supplies, and equipment as needed.
• Communicate unusual occurrences or complaints for follow-up and intervene as needed.
• Review all patients admitted to evaluate appropriateness of admission using criteria.

What You\'ll Do

• Ensure appropriate patient status to maximize patient flow.

Requirements

Education

Experience

Licenses & Certifications
