Job summary

Regional West Health Services in Scottsbluff, NE is seeking a Registered Nurse House Supervisor to oversee patient flow and admissions. You will coordinate transfers and work with internal units and external facilities to ensure timely care.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited school of nursing. BSN preferred.
• A Nebraska RN license or compact license; must have NE license within 60 days of hire.
• American Heart Association BLS certification required upon hire.
• ACLS, TNCC, and NRP within 6 months of hire.
• PALS within one year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient transfers and admissions with internal units and external facilities.
• Act as a liaison between patients, families, and health professionals to ensure quality care when needed.
• Take issues of concern to senior administrator on call.
• Provide staff with instructions, advice and guidance when needed.

As an RWHS House Supervisor, you will:

• Provide staff with instructions, advice and guidance when needed

You may be a good fit if you have:

• Graduated from an accredited school of nursing. Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• A compact or State of Nebraska Registered Nurse License; must have NE license within 60 days of hire
• American Heart Association’s BLS for Healthcare Providers certification required upon hire.
• ACLS, TNCC, and NRP within 6 months of hire
• PALS within one year of hire
