Redlands Community Hospital is seeking a House Supervisor to coordinate patient placement, admissions, discharges, and transfers while optimizing throughput. The role reports to the Associate Chief Nursing Officer and acts as a liaison across clinical departments to ensure efficient patient flow.

Reporting to the Associate Chief Nursing Officer, the House Supervisor is responsible for the coordination of activities to enhance patient placement and flow. Oversees all patient admissions, discharges, and transfer activity while monitoring capacity both currently and prospectively. Responsible for facilitating continuous throughput of patients from all points of entry by utilizing effective verbal communication and swift clinical decision making. The House Supervisor is the liaison between all clinical departments.
