Aurora Health in Manitowoc County is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) House Supervisor to oversee nursing and patient care services during night shifts.

The role requires leadership, timely clinical decisions, and liaison with hospital leadership and multidisciplinary teams to maintain safe, high-quality care.

You will work 24 hours per week, nights 6pm-6:30am, with 0.6–0.75 FTE options and limited weekends, enjoying benefits and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association.
• Required to obtain ACLS and PALS by the American Heart Association.
• BSN degree required.

You'll help ensure safe, high-quality patient care by supporting staff, optimizing resources, resolving complex situations, and facilitating effective communication throughout the organization.

We’re Looking For

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing

What You’ll Do

As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.

Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
