- Coordinate communication between residents, families, and healthcare providers.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of incidents and care activities.
- Facilitate staff meetings and training sessions to enhance team performance.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and organizational policies.
- Act as a role model for staff and residents, promoting a positive atmosphere.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred.
- Experience in a supervisory role within a healthcare or human services setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse populations.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of regulatory standards and best practices in care management.
- Compassionate demeanor and a commitment to enhancing quality of life.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- First Aid and CPR certification is a plus.
