Suncoast Behavioral Health Center in Bradenton, FL seeks a House Nursing Supervisor to oversee nursing care on the Child, Adolescent and Adult Units on a 7P-7A shift. This pivotal leadership role emphasizes role modeling, learning, teaching, and accessibility to patients and staff.

The RN will coordinate services, ensure quality care, and collaborate with the Director of Nursing to maintain clinical excellence across units—adolescent to adult.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice nursing in Florida (or eligible to receive or renew).
• Current CPR or BLS certification.
• Five years of clinical experience in psychiatric nursing, including Charge Nurse experience.

Responsibilities

• Organizes, manages and coordinates nursing services on assigned shift as delegated by the Director of Nursing.

The facility is looking for a House Nursing Supervisor 7A-7P ($3,000 Sign-On Bonus) who will be responsible for the delivery of quality nursing care for all patients on the Child, Adolescent and Adult Units. As a key team member in the clinical area, the Nursing Supervisor promotes a climate of effective performance through role modeling, willingness to learn and teach, and availability to patients and staff. Organizes, manages and coordinates nursing services on assigned shift as delegated by the Director of Nursing.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice nursing in Florida (or eligible to receive or renew).
