House Administration and Resource is an advanced Psychiatric Registered Nurse responsible for managing one or more defined areas within an organized nursing setting. This position requires a strong skillset in conflict resolution, collaboration with others, application of self-reflection in practice and providing feedback to others. The role ensures the delivery of quality patient care, effective change management, and supportive mentorship that focuses on the development of nursing personnel. The work hours include evening, overnight and weekend shifts.
The Manager, House Administration and Resource spends 70% of their time overseeing day to day operations, coordinating inpatient bed management and supporting patient care activities in our 24-hour service delivery departments throughout the hospital. They positively participate in the rollout and implementation of process changes related to hospital policies and procedures.
