Responsibilities

• Creates a welcoming atmosphere based on house members’ characteristics.
• Plans inclusive celebrations and traditions in the home.
• Supports core members through individual plans, medical appointments, daily activities, and life in the home.
• Oversees personal care and routines to high standards.
• Keeps up-to-date records in financial, medical, and planning areas.
• Maintains home and vehicle and all equipment.
• Runs regular supervision, team, and house meetings and learning circles.
• Provides caregiver orientation and training to Assistants.
• Leads reviews and provides daily feedback as appropriate.
• Ensures Assistants have tools and direction to perform tasks.
• Liaises with family members, guardians, professionals, and specialists.
• Collaborates with Leadership and home assistants.
