Job summary

The Colonial Theatre in Bethlehem, NH seeks a House & Facilities Manager to oversee front-of-house operations and building maintenance for events, rentals, and daily theatre needs. You will coordinate event setup, supervise custodial staff, manage concessions, and ensure ADA compliance in a historic venue.

Flexibility for evenings and weekends; 40 hours/week on-site. Competitive salary with benefits and opportunities to contribute to audience experience and community programming.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in hospitality or building management.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Docs.
• Familiarity with ADA rules is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage front of house operations for events and rentals.
• Coordinate live event setup and staff scheduling.
• Supervise concessions, lobby inventory, and cleaning stock.
• Lead weekly operations meetings with programming and marketing teams.
• Maintain and monitor facility equipment (HVAC, lights, fire safety).
• Assist Executive Director with projects and office administration.
