Previous applicants are currently under review and do not need to reapply.We are currently recruiting for a Nurse Supervisor III to function as a House Coordinator at Central Regional Hospital (CRH). The House Coordinator is administratively responsible for all nursing personnel and the delivery of nursing care on their assigned shift (after business hours - holidays and weekends). The House Coordinator monitors and evaluates quality of nursing care delivery hospital wide.
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Assess and intervene in patient care situations and will interpret and ensure staff adherence to CRH Nursing Department policies and procedures.
- Monitors and evaluates the quality and delivery of nursing care through direct observation during rounds and while performing audits.
- Reports to the Associate Chief Nursing Officer.
- Maintain effective communication and working relationships house wide.
This is a full-time position and eligible for the full State benefits package. Normal working hours for this position are
4:00pm – 12:30am however flexibility is required as needed to ensure coverage for all shifts including weekends and holidays. This position is 40 hrs/wk, with alternating weekends/holidays.This position is deemed Mandatory during adverse weather events which will be discussed in detail during the interview process.

- Knowledge of the N.C. Nurse Practice Act and Standards of Care
- Able to speak, write and understand English proficiently.
Physical requirements will be discussed during the interview, but, at a minimum, include the ability to perform CPR, NVCI (APT), and the ability to lift 50 pounds.
