House Coordinator - Nurse Supervisor III - Central Regional Hospital

The Nurse Supervisor III functions as a House Coordinator at Central Regional Hospital (CRH), overseeing nursing personnel and care delivery during after-hours, holidays, and weekends. Responsibilities include assessing patient care, monitoring quality, and ensuring adherence to policies.

Job duties include:

  1. Assessing and intervening in patient care situations, ensuring staff compliance with policies.
  2. Monitoring and evaluating nursing care quality through rounds and audits.
  3. Reporting to the Associate Chief Nursing Officer.
  4. Maintaining effective communication across the hospital.

This is a full-time position with benefits, working primarily from 4:00 pm to 12:30 am, with flexibility for coverage of all shifts including weekends and holidays. The role is mandatory during adverse weather events.
