Momentum in Thousand Oaks, CA is seeking a House Coordinator to manage day-to-day operations of a group home under the Administrator/QIDP and nursing staff. You will coordinate DSPs, train staff, orient new residents, and supervise meals and activities to ensure quality care.
The role requires 18+ months of direct support experience, a high school diploma, a valid California driver’s license, and strong English communication. A commitment to safety and teamwork is essential.
Schedule Available:
2:30 PM to 11:00 PM, five days per week, including weekends and holidays (full-time/40 hours per week)
