You’ll clean homes, follow Molly Maid standards, and provide friendly, professional service to clients, with promotion opportunities for growth as you gain experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include legal ability to work in the United States
• Complete a background check
• Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, and complete housekeeping tasks
• Available to work Monday through Friday, 8am–5pm

Responsibilities

• Clean customers’ homes according to Molly Maid standards and follow our process to delight customers; tips possible
• Communicate with customers in a friendly, positive, professional manner
• Manage a team schedule and drive safely (for team lead)
• Maintain cleaning equipment and ensure car is stocked with supplies
