Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Able to pass a background check
• Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks (mopping, vacuuming, dusting)
• Available Monday through Friday, daytime hours (8 am–5 pm)
• Bilingual preferred for client communication

Responsibilities

• Clean customers' homes to Molly Maid standards following established process.
• Communicate with customers in a friendly, professional manner and may earn tips.
• If leading a team, manage schedules, drive the company car, and maintain equipment.
