Job summary

Molly Maid is hiring in the United States for full-time house cleaners. You’ll be trained and can advance within a supportive team. No experience required, and you’ll earn $15–$21 per hour plus tips and bonuses, paid weekly.

A company car is provided for those who drive with a license, and advancement from within is encouraged. You will work a stable daytime schedule, receive all supplies, training, appointments, a uniform, and potential paid time off.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Complete a background check and drug test.
• Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead and complete housekeeping tasks.
• Available to work Monday through Friday, 8am–5pm.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Clean customers' homes according to Molly Maid standards; follow the proven process and delight customers.
• Communicate with customers in a friendly, positive, and professional manner.
• If team lead (driving the vehicle): manage the team's schedule and drive safely; maintain equipment and vehicle supplies.
