Job summary

Molly Maid in Falls Church, VA is hiring for a full-time house cleaner. No experience is required; we’ll train you and supply cleaning materials, with opportunities for advancement. A company car is available for some roles to help you perform duties efficiently.

You’ll clean homes to Molly Maid standards, communicate with clients professionally, and work as part of a team. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:45am–5:00pm, with paid time off and sick time benefits.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Able to communicate with clients in a friendly, professional manner.
• Willingness to learn Molly Maid standards and processes.

Responsibilities

• Clean customers' homes according to Molly Maid standards.
• Maintain supplies and equipment; ensure car is ready if designated.
• Communicate with customers in a courteous, positive way; provide great service.
• Assist team leads and, when applicable, drive the team on shifts.
