Job summary

Molly Maid franchise in the United States is hiring house cleaners. You will clean customers' homes to Molly Maid standards, work Monday through Friday 8am–5pm, with no nights, weekends, or holidays.

You will be paid weekly and can earn tips, with a pay range of $16–$24 per hour and opportunities to advance. This role includes driving a company car (if team lead), maintaining cleaning equipment, and delivering friendly, professional service to clients.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Complete a background check.
• Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks.
• Available Monday through Friday during the day, 8am to 5pm.
• Bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean customers’ homes according to Molly Maid standards.
• Communicate with customers in a friendly, positive, and professional manner.
• If team lead: Manage the team’s schedule and drive safely.
• Maintain equipment and ensure the car is loaded with housekeeping supplies.
