Molly Maid is hiring a House Cleaner / Housekeeping Professional in Flint, MI. Hours are 20–35 per week with no nights, weekends, or holidays. Pay is $15.00–$19.00 per hour plus tips, bonuses, and benefits.

Compensation & Benefits:

What You’ll Do:

• Clean customer homes using the Molly Maid proven process
• Deliver high-quality service with attention to detail
• Provide friendly, professional customer communication
• Work in a variety of homes and settings

Team Lead responsibilities (if applicable):

• Safely drive a team vehicle to and from customer homes
• Manage team schedules and supplies
• Maintain cleaning equipment

Requirements:

• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Able to pass a background check
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation
• Physically able to perform cleaning tasks (e.g., lifting, bending, standing)

• Availability Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4:30pm
