Molly Maid in Flint, MI is seeking a House Cleaner to join our friendly team. This role offers a stable weekday schedule, training, a company car during work hours, and all cleaning supplies provided.

You will deliver high-quality home cleaning with attention to detail, communicate professionally with clients, and grow within a supportive, team-based environment.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Availability Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4:30pm.

Responsibilities

• Clean customer homes using the Molly Maid proven process.
• Deliver high-quality service with attention to detail.
• Provide friendly, professional customer communication.
• Work in a variety of homes and settings.
• Safely drive a team vehicle to and from customer homes (Team Lead, if applicable).
• Manage team schedules and supplies.
• Maintain cleaning equipment.
