Compensation & Benefits

Guaranteed minimum wage of $12.00 per hour with the ability to earn up to $550.00 per week, paid bi‑weekly. If you have a valid driver’s license and can drive a company car, you can earn even more.

Pay range: $12–$15 per hour, dependent on your experience, quality of work, and speed as a professional house cleaner.

• Vacation Pay – earn three weeks per year (120 hours/year)
• Earn one day of sick time off (96 hours/year)

Responsibilities

• Clean customers' homes according to Molly Maid standards – Follow our process and you’ll delight every customer. You can earn tips as well.
• Communicate with customers and others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner – Make them feel like you care about their home.

Team Lead (Driving Vehicle) Responsibilities

• Manage the team’s schedule and drive safely – The team lead is responsible for driving themselves and their team.
• Maintain equipment – Take care of basic cleaning equipment maintenance and ensure the car is loaded with the appropriate housekeeping supplies.
