Molly Maid is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join their cleaning team in Escondido, California. You will follow a proven cleaning process to delight customers while working full-time, Monday to Friday, from 7:45 am to 4:45 pm. Compensation starts at $16.00 per hour with potential earnings of up to $800.00 weekly, plus tips. Benefits include paid vacation, sick days, and a company car. No experience is required as training is provided.

Full-time Schedule & Compensation

Full-time. No nights. No weekends. No holidays. Paid Weekly. A compensation plan that allows you to control your income. Receive a guaranteed minimum wage of $16.00 per hour with the ability to make up to $800.00 plus per week and more, paid weekly. If you have a valid driver’s license and can drive a company car, earn even more!

Benefits & Pay

The pay range for this job is $16.00 to $20.00 plus an hour, dependent on your experience, quality of the work you do, and the speed at which you work as a professional house cleaner.

Team Lead Responsibilities (Driving the Vehicle)

• Manage the team’s schedule and drive safely – The team lead is responsible for driving themselves and their team.
• Maintain equipment – The team lead will take care of basic cleaning equipment maintenance and ensure the car is loaded with the appropriate housekeeping supplies.
