Overview

The House Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of all assigned areas and equipment, delivering items to guestrooms, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

1. Buff marble floors daily according to hotel standards.
2. Shampoo carpets and furniture in public areas as needed.
3. Assist with luggage and handle 'Lost and Found' items following hotel standards.
4. Clean guestrooms as required.
5. Follow emergency procedures and maintain equipment in proper working order.
6. Complete special projects assigned by the Housekeeping Manager.
7. Maintain a friendly, courteous, and service-oriented attitude towards guests and staff.
