Salt Lake Marriott Downtown at City Creek is seeking a housekeeping team member to maintain clean and safe spaces for guests and staff. You will stock amenities, assist room attendants, and help ensure a welcoming environment in a fast-paced hotel setting.

The role requires a self-starting, professional presence, good guest communication, and physical ability to lift up to 100 lbs and stand for long periods. Team collaboration and flexible hours are important to success.

Qualifications

• Hotel experience preferred.
• Self-starting personality with an even disposition.
• Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times.
• Can communicate well with guests.
• Willing to pitch-in and help co-workers as a team player.
• Ability to lift, bend, stoop, walk, push or pull heavy equipment and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Stock linen closets with amenities and supplies for room attendants; may include taking supplies directly to room attendants.
• Empty room attendant carts of soiled linen and trash.
• Clean and remove spots from corridor walls and doors; polish mirrors and room numbers on doors and elevator doors.
• Vacuum, sweep, and/or mop hallways, stairwells, vending areas, and foyers.
• Flip mattresses and move furniture as assigned by supervisor.
• Comply with attendance rules and be available to work regularly.
• Perform other job related duties as assigned.
