Job Description

What You Will Be Doing:

1. Ensure all House Attendant responsibilities and departmental standards are met.
2. Maintain inventory in the Housekeeping closets, including pick-up and distribution of linen, restocking supplies, and amenities.
3. Maintain cleanliness of exit stairwells and guest room corridors.
4. Conduct Deep Cleaning Tasks as assigned.
5. Respond promptly to guest requests for items like cribs, cots, towels, etc.
6. Collect dirty linen, garbage, and recyclables from Room Attendants’ carts and closets.
7. Follow departmental policies and procedures.
8. Report maintenance issues.
9. Follow health, safety, and sanitation policies.
10. Provide professional, friendly, and engaging service consistently.
11. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Your Skills and Qualifications Include:

1. Previous housekeeping experience preferred.
2. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
3. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.

5. Ability to work as part of a team with minimal supervision.

Physical Aspects of Position:

1. Constant standing and walking during the shift.
2. Frequent lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs.
3. Frequent kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting.
4. Occasional use of ladders, stairs, and ramps.
