Overview: The House Attendant maintains the cleanliness of assigned areas and equipment, delivers items to guestrooms, and handles guest requests efficiently and courteously.

Responsibilities:

1. Buff marble floors daily according to hotel standards.
2. Shampoo carpets and furniture in public areas as needed.
3. Assist with luggage and handle 'Lost and Found' items per hotel standards.
4. Clean guestrooms as required.
5. Know and assist with emergency procedures.
6. Maintain hotel equipment and storage areas properly.
7. Complete assigned special projects.
8. Ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred; hotel or related experience is a plus.
• Ability to exert up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, 50 pounds frequently, and 20 pounds constantly.
• Ability to stand throughout the shift.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills with employees and guests in a friendly, courteous, and service-oriented manner.
